MSP IT/network administrator & support technician

Salary: $50,000 - 75,000 per year Requirements: 2–5 years of experience in a Managed Service Provider setting
Background in supporting diverse client environments
Proficiency in managing Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace
Strong problem-solving skills in cloud platforms and networking
Ability to deliver both remote and on-site assistance
Dependable transportation for client visits in the DC metro region
LinkedIn profile required for application
Technical Skills needed:
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration
Knowledge of Azure AD / Entra ID
Experience with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)
Expertise in Active Directory and user identity management
Skills in troubleshooting DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewalls
Experience with RMM tools like Datto, NinjaOne, or Kaseya
Proficiency in Intune or similar endpoint management tools
Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and address infrastructure and cloud-related concerns
Provide technical support remotely and on-site for client networks
Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
Assist with Windows Server and Active Directory operations
Diagnose networking issues including connectivity and DNS complications
Conduct on-site troubleshooting, deployments, and hardware maintenance
Monitor systems utilizing RMM tools
Document the steps taken during troubleshooting and system configurations
