Grant Writer for Housing & Behavioral Health Initiatives

Our nonprofit is seeking an experienced grant writer to support the development, writing, and submission of competitive grant proposals. The ideal candidate has a strong track record with HUD CoC, SAMHSA, DOJ, California state grants, and foundation funding related to homelessness, housing, behavioral health, or reentry services.ResponsibilitiesResearch federal, state, county, and foundation grant opportunities aligned with Voyage House’s missionWrite compelling, trauma-informed, evidence-based grant narrativesPrepare full application packages including budgets, attachments, logic models, and required formsCoordinate with leadership to gather organizational data, policies, and supporting documentsEnsure all submissions meet funder requirements, deadlines, and formatting guidelinesAssist with Letters of Intent (LOIs), grant calendars, and reporting requirementsQualificationsProven experience writing successful grants for nonprofits (required)Experience with #1 - - - - We would like to know your fee to write a grant.
