Ridge and Rail, located in Wadsworth, OH, is looking for skilled and dedicated bartenders to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and have a knack for mixing up great drinks with a smile, we’d love to hear from you!
What You'll Be Doing As a Bartender at Ridge and Rail, you'll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, with precision and flair.
- Providing friendly and attentive customer service to all guests.
- Maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
- Handling cash and card transactions accurately.
- Collaborating with the team to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
- Following all safety and health regulations related to food and beverage service.
We’re seeking candidates who bring:
- At least 5 years of bartending experience —you know your way around a bar and take pride in your craft.
- A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- The ability to work 25-30 hours per week with reliability and flexibility.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
