Local CDL-A Driver | Competitive Pay

Stop chasing mileage pay. Get paid for every single hour you work with a stable, local driving career. We offer a guaranteed 8 hours of pay per day, overtime after 50 hours, and a transparent, guaranteed progression of annual raises.

The Reality of the Role (Schedule Details):

Shifts: Currently hiring for night operations only. Openings start at 18:00 (6 PM) and 21:00 (9 PM). No first shift available.
Hours: Steady 8 to 14-hour days.
Weekends: Saturday dispatch is required 3 times per month.

Compensation Breakdown:

Starting Wage $27.50/hr

Year 1: $28.18/hr
Year 2: $29.05/hr
Year 3+: $30.50/hr

Requirements:

Must live within 50 miles of Fort Wayne, IN.
Valid Class A CDL.
Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.
Flexibility to work any assigned shift/hours.
