Job Title

Travel RN – Cardiac Cath Lab

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Cardiac Cath Lab setting, including pre- and post-procedure care in a 9-bed unit
• Assist with and support performance of heart catheterizations and pacemaker insertions
• Operate and work alongside Mac Lab and Philips C-arm equipment
• Collaborate with a daily team of charge nurses, RCIS technologists, and fellow RNs to deliver safe, efficient care
• Document patient care accurately using CPOE electronic medical records system
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by unit needs

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Virginia or through Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab setting
• RCIS certification with at least 1 year of experience
• Willingness and availability to take call shifts
• Proficiency with CPOE electronic medical records

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in a Cath Lab or interventional cardiology environment
• Familiarity with Mac Lab and Philips C-arm imaging equipment
• Experience supporting both elective and urgent cardiac catheterization cases
