Commercial HVAC Master Mechanic / Maintenance Team Leader

Job Description Revit Mechanicals is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Master Mechanic to lead and operate within our commercial HVAC maintenance division. This is a hands‑on leadership role for a highly skilled mechanic who can supervise a maintenance team while actively working in the field servicing commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with extensive commercial HVAC experience, excellent troubleshooting abilities, and the capability to manage technicians while ensuring high‑quality service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Lead and supervise commercial HVAC maintenance technicians in the field Perform hands‑on service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial HVAC systems Diagnose mechanical, electrical, airflow, and control‑related issues Coordinate daily service schedules and field operations Ensure projects and service calls are completed safely and efficiently Communicate directly with property managers, building engineers, and clients Train and mentor junior technicians and mechanics Maintain accurate service reports and documentation Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety procedures Company Description Revit Mechanicals is a young but fast‑growing commercial HVAC company servicing New York City and Northern New Jersey.
