Convenience Store Supervisor (Guest Service Lead)

Wally’s is seeking a motivated and service-driven  Convenience Store Supervisor to support front-end operations and lead our Guest Service Team. This role combines hands-on cashier execution with leadership responsibility, ensuring smooth daily operations and an exceptional guest experience.

As a Guest Service Supervisor, you will set the tone for hospitality, accuracy, and accountability while supporting cashiers and partnering with store leadership to maintain Wally’s operational standards. Convenience Store Supervisors lead by example on the front end. You will oversee register accuracy, support drawer counts and cash reconciliation, and ensure transactions are processed efficiently and professionally.

You will coach and mentor cashiers, reinforce hospitality expectations, and step in to resolve guest concerns using Wally’s BLAST service approach. Strong supervisors proactively identify performance gaps, provide real-time coaching, and help create a positive, high-accountability team culture.

This role partners closely with the Guest Service Manager to support scheduling needs, maintain compliance with company policies, and ensure front-end operations remain organized, accurate, and guest-focused.

Supervisors are expected to maintain strong working knowledge of cashier procedures and serve as a resource for newer team members, contributing to training and ongoing development.

We are seeking a dependable leader with prior cashier or guest service experience who is ready to take on greater responsibility.

• Strong cash handling and basic math skills

• Confidence supervising small teams

• Clear communication and professionalism

• Ability to remain calm and solution-focused during busy periods

• Comfort working in a fast-paced retail environment

Flexibility is required, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Extended periods of standing and walking

• Frequent use of hands and arms

• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs regularly and up to 25 lbs occasionally

• Ability to bend, reach, and move throughout the front-end area
