We're hiring a PC Repair Technician who can troubleshoot, repair, and keep the shop running strong.Requirements:Punctuality and reliable attendance are essentialComputer knowledge preferred; candidates without experience must be trainableAbility to meet daily productivity goalsStrong attention to detail and ability to follow proceduresComfortable working in a quiet, focused environmentAbility to lift 15–25 lbs.Must pass a 7-year clean background checkMust pass a 9-panel drug screenProfessional appearance required (presentable jeans and shirt)Closed-toe shoes requiredVisible tattoos, earrings, and gauges are not permittedPersonal cell phones must be secured in lockers during the workday while employed as a temporary associateJob Duties:Repair and troubleshoot desktop computers at an individual workstationDiagnose and resolve hardware issues using company-provided toolsWork efficiently to meet daily production goals of 15 or more computers per dayFollow company quality standards and repair proceduresMaintain a clean and organized workstationUse computers and internal systems to complete repair processesCommunicate professionally with supervisors regarding work assignmentsPerform additional duties as assignedBenefits: Solid paychecks, on time.
