Leasing Agent

Overview This contract-to-hire role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy engaging with diverse communities, and are fluent in both English and Spanish. As a key member of our property management team, you will play a vital role in creating positive resident experiences and driving leasing success. Responsibilities Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, and lease apartment homes. Deliver exceptional customer service and build rapport with residents and prospects. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current availability, pricing, and community features. Process rental applications, verify documentation, and assist with lease signing. Follow up with prospects via calls, texts, and emails to convert leads. Support resident retention efforts and manage lease renewals. Keep accurate records in property management software such as Yardi, OneSite, or AppFolio. Assist in marketing initiatives, including social media outreach and local business engagement. Ensure model units and tour paths are clean, organized, and ready for showings. Requirements Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred; experience with multifamily properties is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work weekends as needed.
