What You'll Do

• Work a consistent Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
• Collaborate with sales, internal departments, and customers to identify and secure intermodal business opportunities.
• Track, quote, and book intermodal shipments using internal systems and carrier platforms.
• Communicate proactively with customers, carriers, and sales representatives to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
• Learn to recognize and quote intermodal opportunities through hands-on training and mentorship.
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities with accuracy and attention to detail in a dynamic environment.

What We're Looking For

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to identify and pursue opportunities to grow intermodal volume with new and existing customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, sales, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
