Key Responsibilities Conduct therapy sessions tailored to patient mobility and recovery goals. Leverage AI systems to capture therapy progress accurately in real time. Connect with patients without being distracted by documentation tasks. Education and Experience Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy required. Two (2) years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting highly preferred. Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations Active and unencumbered Physical Therapist license in state(s) of employment required. Required within 30 days of hire – National Provider BLS – American Heart Association. Compensation $59.40 - $73.37 The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
