Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or 2 years of equivalent experience
• Ability to use a computer and learn new software programs
• Knowledgeable of the plant process, quality and production requirements
• Must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of PPE
• Must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face for respirator fit tests

Responsibilities

• Operate the grinding system and run accurate quality tests
• Operate heavy equipment and load bulk trucks
• Perform utility functions or other duties as assigned for shift coverage
• Coordinate shift work and assess plant needs in the absence of a shift supervisor
• Perform general housekeeping and miscellaneous tasks associated with production
