AMI is looking for a Keyholder to join our Greene! Reporting to the Store Manager, the Keyholder will ensure the store is running efficiently. Keyholder Responsibilities Drive sales and performance, creating an engaging client experience and building long-term relationships with clients. Support the team to achieve individual and store sales targets. Identify business opportunities and challenges to help initiate changes and improve the business. Customer Relations Engage with customers to offer a unique experience and assist them in exploring the world of AMI. Welcome customers in accordance with AMI values: friendly, smiling, and always in a good mood. Understand customer needs and propose relevant product selections while encouraging cross‑selling. Assist customers during fittings and accommodate any required alterations. Drive the team to fully embrace a loyalty culture, building strong, long‑term relationships with clients. Introduce new customers to the brand. Team Management Help the team achieve sales targets by keeping stockrooms organized and stock levels accurate, updating on new arrivals and replenishment. Represent and transmit AMI culture to bring the team together. Share products and brand knowledge with the team. Coach team members on new skills and selling techniques. Conduct fun, energetic morning meetings and team debriefs; strategise daily tasks and focus for the day/week. Use the manager communication book daily to keep everyone informed of the day‑to‑day activities. Visual Merchandising Ensure the store is well maintained and products are presented with cleanliness and appropriate premises maintenance. Actively participate in visual merchandising set‑ups using HQ directives and guidelines. Propose new ideas and suggestions for optimal selling. Operations Management Manage and track best‑selling/slow‑selling items to strategise action plans. Support inventory level tracking and inform managers of any stock errors. Assist with updating store trackers and communication boards for in‑store use. Manage the cash vault and set up cash pickups through Brinks. Control and oversee deliveries, transfers, damages, cycle counts, end‑of‑season, and all other back‑of‑house operations. Develop and share ideas to increase efficiency and support store initiatives and projects. Required Profile At least 2+ years of experience in retail management. Experience in stock managing, operations, or retail is preferred. Familiarity with sales techniques. Smiling, dynamic, involved, and excellent interpersonal skills. Team player with a strong sense of leadership to deliver results beyond expectations. Master customer‑service skills and demonstrate the ability to foster a customer‑service spirit.
