Location 600 S Dobson Rd, Chandler, AZ 85224 - Cross Streets: Dobson Rd. & W. Frye Rd Status Full-Time Schedule Three 12‑hour shifts per week; clinic hours are 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM, seven days a week. There are 2 shifts available, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM and 12:00 PM - 12:00 AM, every other weekend and occasional holidays required. Compensation $60‑$80/hour (based on experience) + monthly productivity bonus + night differential for the 12:00 AM - 12:00 PM shift Benefits Full-benefits package available Position Summary We are seeking a Full‑Time clinician to join our team in Chandler, AZ. Key Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages in an urgent care setting Manage acute illnesses, injuries, and occupational health visits Order and interpret diagnostic studies, including labs and imaging Perform urgent care procedures such as suturing and wound management (as applicable) Clearly communicate diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the EHR Code and bill services appropriately Maintain productivity consistent with urgent care benchmarks Practice in alignment with NextCare clinical standards and values Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted Arizona license National board #J-18808-Ljbffr NextCare
