Registered Nurse - Pediatric ER

Traveler Position

December 8 start date. Traveler must be willing to work holidays, including eves. Pending license ok if we have an ETA from licensing of when it will post. Must be willing to float locations. Will be mostly at Oceanside, floating on a rare occasion. Locations: Oceanside, Mid City, Escondido, Chula Vista. Shift: Minimum 30 hours per week, a mix of hours. Weekdays start 1500 (8 hours). Weekends start 1230 (10 hours). Minimum 30 hours guaranteed as sometimes travelers leave early. Would work 3 weekdays and 1 weekend each week. Years of experience required: 1. First-timer travelers accepted: Yes, if they have done triage and ED weekend. National certs required: BLS (AHA) PALS. Is on-call required? No. Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No. Floating req to sister facilities: Yes. Open to accommodating block schedule? No. Locals accepted: No. RTO restrictions: 6 days RTO max. Guaranteed hours: Hours are guaranteed after the call off policy has been met. Special requirements: 1 year experience, peds experience, ED experience so they can perform triage on peds patients.
