REQUIREMENTS:  

• At least 1 year experience welding using GMAW (MIG). LBW (ALBW or HHLBW) experience is a plus, but not required.
• Experience welding components in flat vertical and overhead positions.
• Knowledge of techniques for welding, cutting, bending, punching and forming. CNC operation experience.
• Extensive knowledge of measuring techniques, jigs, fixtures, taps, dies, squares.
• Able to read and interpret engineering prints.

 

WORKING PROCEDURES:

-Observes all safety rules and regulations

-Keeps work area and machines clean and orderly

-Corrects mistakes and incorrect welding or machine operations immediately

-Reports all problems to immediate supervisor

-Works from work orders, verbal instructions, layouts and drawings
