Passionate about speech-language pathology and supporting students’ communication skills? This contract opportunity offers a dynamic role providing full-time SLP services in a welcoming K-12 school setting. You’ll have the chance to make a significant difference while covering two maternity leaves, ensuring continuity of care for students across a variety of ages and needs. Flexibility is available regarding caseload preferences—let us know if you have experience or interest in certain age groups.

Your schedule will include 37.5 hours per week in a supportive educational environment. Both tenured SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply, and you’ll collaborate closely with school staff to help students thrive.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid SLP-CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship
• State licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience supporting K-12 students a plus
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate student speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement targeted intervention plans
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school and district requirements
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student success
• Support students across two overlapping maternity leaves, adapting to unique timelines as needed
