Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Growing Community Health Center is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join a mission-driven Primary Care team in the Greater Boston, Massachusetts area!

Your Role with the Company:

Provide comprehensive primary care services including physical exams, preventive care, chronic disease management, and patient education
Assess, diagnose, treat, and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
Educate patients and families on disease prevention, nutrition, wellness, and available community resources
Practice across clinic locations in Attleboro, Hull, Quincy, and/or Taunton, with occasional evening, weekend, or holiday coverage as needed

Background Profile:

Nurse Practitioner (NP/APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
Master's degree and active Massachusetts licensure required
Ability to manage diverse patient populations across the lifespan
Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
