RedSail is seeking a Sr. Director, People Operations & Total Rewards to design and lead compensation, benefits, and HR operations strategy. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role ensures scalable rewards programs and advisory support for growth.

Responsibilities include executive-level partnership with Finance, Payroll, Legal, and senior HR leadership, plus building a high-performing, compliant HR operations team across the enterprise.
