Workday HCM Architect - Director

Responsibilities They effectively collaborate with Huron and client senior leaders to architect and implement goal‑achieving enterprise technology solutions while delivering remarkable results that meet—usually exceed—specified engagement objectives. They provide client engagement delivery oversight, team leadership and program management, and construct enduring relationships that benefit the firm in profound ways. Qualifications 8–10 years of experience in a consulting or advisory role focused on enterprise‑scale platform implementations Experience with estimating, implementation planning, functional application expertise, and project management Excellent communication skills – oral and written – and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration End‑to‑end Workday HCM implementation experience including Core HCM, Benefits, Recruiting, Advance Compensation, Talent Management, Absence Management and US Payroll Prior management consulting experience in HR transformation Prior experience implementing Workday with a Professional Services Firm Institutional strategic planning; Project financial management; client executive relationship management; multiple cradle‑to‑grave implementation experience Workday project experience with commercial clients preferred (Banking, Retail, Technology or non‑profit, etc) Ability to establish credibility in the eyes of senior‑level, financially literate client executives on the basis of expertise, maturity and professionalism Proven thought leadership as indicated by speaking engagements and/or publications Ability to manage multiple projects of different scale and duration Ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project‑management and technical dimensions Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience Willingness to travel up to 50% when requested by the client Compensation The estimated base salary range for this job is $175,000–$225,000. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range is $210,000–$303,750. The job is eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program.
