Delivery Driver

Domino’s is growing and we are looking to add Delivery Experts to our team! Immediate hire – short or long shifts – your choice! Drivers typically average over $20/hr (wage + tips + mileage reimbursement). Flexible scheduling: part‑time and full‑time hours available – work the shifts that fit your needs. About the Job Delivery experts may use their own car and receive an adjustable mileage reimbursement to cover fuel and other auto expenses. Alternatively, they may use one of our company‑provided vehicles, which requires a minimum of 21 years of age, a clean driving record, and at least 2 years of driving history. Our drivers have access to cutting‑edge technology that speeds safe delivery of Domino’s products. Job Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older. Must be able to pass a background check and have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record. Must have a reliable vehicle and valid insurance. Must possess good navigational skills and be able to read/follow maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area. Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi‑story buildings, to deliver products. Must follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and well with others, work well under stress, meet strict quality control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, and make good judgments and decisions. Work Conditions Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions while delivering products. Sudden changes in temperature in the work area and while outside. Fumes from food odors, including exposure to cornmeal dust. Compact work areas, including walk‑in coolers. Hot surfaces/tools, including ovens reaching 500 degrees or higher. Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts. Physical Duties & Requirements Walking/Carrying/Climbing Delivery personnel must travel between the store and delivery vehicle and from the vehicle to the customer’s location. They must carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing, often navigating five or more flights of stairs. Driving Must use safe driving practices to deliver products within the designated area, making several deliveries per shift. Reaching Continuous reaching upwards, downwards, and forwards; occasionally above 72 inches. Hand Tasks Eye‑hand coordination is essential. Frequent use of hands, forearms, and wrists in shaping dough, using a pizza peel, rolling cutter, and assembling boxes. Sensing Talking and hearing on the phone; depth, near, mid-range, and night vision required for most tasks. What Makes Driving for Domino’s Different than Our Competition?
