As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Rounds in Miami, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal at a leading financial institution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. In this unarmed patrol role, you will support daily operations with agility, reliability, and integrity while working as part of a team that puts people first and brings innovative service to every shift.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the banking location, including lobbies, offices, exterior areas, parking areas, and perimeter points, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify access permissions when required, and report suspicious persons, packages, and/or conditions according to site procedures.
• Support closing and opening routines, observe for unsecured doors and/or irregular conditions, and complete required reports, logs, and other assigned documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
