Job Title: CT Tech Profession: CT Tech Specialty: Radiology Duration: 26 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: ARRT (R) Certifications: Required Description: Unit Information: Number of Beds: 800 Type of staff on Day Shift: 5 Technologists and a Supervisor Type of staff on Evening Shift: 4-5 Technologists and a Rad Assistant Type of staff on Night Shift: 2-3 Technologists and a Rad Assistant Equipment Used: GE Optima, 3 GE EVO, GE Revolution, Medrad Injectors EMR: Cerner Rad Net, Phillips PACS Typical hiring profile: Most recruited skills: Skills in all areas of CT Imaging including diagnostic scans and invasive skills in emergency department trauma and stroke imaging Preferred skills: Experience with GE equipment, invasive CT procedures, cardiac imaging, and venipuncture Typical procedures performed: Neuro imaging Musculoskeletal imaging Body imaging Invasive cardiac imaging Pediatric imaging Best personality fit: Team player who can also work independently Self-motivated individual Dress Code: Scrub color/attire - Black Weekends and On Call: Possible weekend shifts Possible rotation to another shift Potential call of 12 hours per month
