Key Responsibilities Collecting and verifying patient demographic, insurance, and billing information with attention to detail. Entering data into the electronic health record (EHR) system accurately and promptly. Providing excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and guiding them through registration procedures. Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and privacy policies, including HIPAA. Coordinating with clinical staff to facilitate smooth patient flow and appointment scheduling. Maintaining confidentiality and security of patient information at all times.
