Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-risk labor and delivery care, including acute antepartum care and preeclampsia management.
• Assist with vaginal deliveries and C-sections, including pre- and post-operative care.
• Manage and monitor laboring patients with induction/augmentation and maternal emergencies.
• Perform sterile vaginal exams and monitor fetal heart rates using EFM and IUPC.
• Administer and manage medication drips, including magnesium sulfate and insulin, for high-risk patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient care and execute emergency protocols when required.

Qualifications

• Current valid RN license in Washington or compact state.
• Minimum of 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience in a high-acuity setting.
• Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring.
• Proficient in Epic charting system and able to adapt to facility-specific protocols.
• Experienced in administering medications and conducting complex patient assessments.
• Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and multidisciplinary environment.
