Engineering Project ManagerThe Engineering Project Manager will report into the Tektronix Program Management Office Leader. This role will interface cross functionally with Product Line Marketing, Hardware & Software Engineering and Finance, as well as outside partners and vendors towards the creation of a robust agile solution delivery process. This role requires experience with new product program releases and a passion for delivering customer solutions using lean development.ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage engineering programs to ensure on time release of productsManage and influence stakeholders, including: business, product, and development team members on solution delivery and scopeManage a project budget with target & actualsLeverage Ralliant Business System tools to implement visual and daily management and appropriate standard workDrive improvements in the product development processes to increase product quality, program cycle time, and development costsSource issues, problems and ideas from developers, as well as corral teams to come up with solutions for problemsEnsure development programs have robust plans and resource alignment for executionImplement and improve Agile development processes and tools into existing programs/processesEscalate resource conflicts and drive to resolution with engineering leadershipCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and partner with vendors as required by the programRequired:5-7 years Project Management experienceBachelor's degree in computer science or other engineering degree.Experience with managing scope, schedule, budget and quality of projectsExperience in new product developmentExcellent verbal and written communicationsPreferred:Interest in industry standards for project managementImplementation history of complex engineering releaseChange agent who is a positive organizational influencePay RangeThe salary range for this position (in local currency) is 103,500.00 - 191,900.00Is this role subject to ITAR?The essential duties of this position require adherence to U.S. Government export control regulations.
