2026 Salary Range: $89,508.00 - $138,370.00/Year (includes locality)

The primary purpose of this position is to exercise 1st-level supervisory and managerial authorities over the Main Tool Issue Center. Directs the work activities of the section with responsibility for providing tool policy guidance, policy enforcement, accountability and expertise for the OC-ALC tool program. Exercises control over the organizational section by providing direction, planning and leadership for assigned subordinate personnel.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

1. Mastery knowledge of the applicable principles, concepts, policies, and laws; functions, programs, and systems applicable to the duties of position; sources, responsibilities, and means for providing assistance and advice to resolve problems; and all aspects of support.

2. Extensive knowledge of safety, security, personnel management, and EEO regulations, practices, and procedures.

3. Extensive knowledge of principles and practices of team building, developing interpersonal relationships, maintaining good working relationships, and leading members as a cooperative team.

4. Ability to plan, organize, and direct, mentor, motivate and appraise the staff of a small to medium (or large) sized organization.

6. Ability to identify, analyze, and translate complex information, make appropriate judgments, and evaluate options.

7. Ability to analyze, plan, and adjust work operations of one or more organizational segments to meet program requirements and objectives within available resources.

8. Ability to utilize AoP concepts and initiatives to plan, organize, and direct the functions and staff of an organization.
