Warehouse Associate

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a dependable and motivated Lead Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role plays a key part in our day-to-day logistics and inventory operations. The ideal candidate has experience in warehouse settings, is comfortable using forklifts, can manage a small team, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead warehouse operations
Pick and stage orders for customer delivery or pickup with accuracy.

Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.

Load and unload delivery trucks efficiently and securely.

Stock shelves and maintain organized inventory in assigned locations.

Receive incoming inventory, inspect for accuracy and condition, and enter into our wireless warehouse system.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company safety policies.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.

Qualifications:
Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred.

Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to become certified).

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day.

Comfortable using handheld scanners and wireless inventory systems.

Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.

Team-oriented mindset with reliable attendance.
