Concrete Laborer

We are seeking Laborers to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, working with our concrete division. Responsibilities Assist with general construction tasks, including loading and unloading materials, digging trenches, and operating hand and power tools Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment Collaborate with site supervisors and other construction staff to ensure project success Drive innovation and continuous improvement in construction practices Other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Preferred: experience in construction or related industry Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and working in all weather conditions Basic math and measurement skills Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team Ability to work outdoors in AZ climate May work some weekends and evening work Equal Opportunity Employer Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities.
