Title: Registered Nurse - Emergency Medicine

Schedule: Nights

Assignment Details:
Contract Weeks: 13
Guaranteed Hours: 36

Requirements:
- Current Illinois Registered Nurse license
- Current CPR/BLS Card
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS certifications required for emergency department positions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individual care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary health care team.
- Provide clear explanations and instructions to patients and their responsible persons.
- Utilize clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient conditions.
- Contribute to a healthy workplace environment by managing conflicts with professional communication skills.
- Meet core measure responsibilities related to patient care.

Compliance / Notes:
- Participation in continuing education is required.
- Maintain complete and accurate medical records.
