Chinese Multi-Disciplined Language Analyst (Level 1-4) Hawaii What Impact You’ll Have Tailored Access, a GRVTY Company is seeking Chinese Multi‑Disciplined Language Analysts (MDLAs) to support Department of Defense/IC missions at Wahiawa, HI. As a Chinese MDLA, you will be responsible for cryptologic language analysis while supporting IC missions that are vital to our national security. Responsibilities Perform tasks required to process voice and/or graphic language materials in support of SIGINT operations. Demonstrate skills recovering essential elements of information. Render translations and/or transcripts that are complex and sophisticated written and/or spoken material. Synthesize straightforward, factual written and/or spoken material. Requirements Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance. Level 1: HS diploma + 2 years of experience, ILR Skill Level 2+ in Listening and Reading. Level 2: HS diploma + 6 years of experience or AA/AS + 4 years, ILR Skill Level 3 in Listening or Reading. Level 3: HS diploma + 14 years of experience or BA/BS + 10 years, ILR Skill Level 3 in Listening or Reading. Level 4: HS diploma + 19 years of experience or BA/BS + 15 years, ILR Skill Level 3 in both Listening and Reading. Pay Range $100,000 – $260,000 USD (geographically adjusted; based on experience, education, and technical expertise).
