Supply Planning Consulting Sr. Manager

Role Summary Supply Planning Consulting Senior Manager. Key responsibilities include managing and delivering planning solutions, conducting business and technology assessments, developing detailed project plans, supporting sales, managing client relationships, reviewing deliverables, creating thought leadership, supporting methodology development and mandatory travel of 10–50%. Responsibilities Play a hands‑on role in managing and delivering planning solutions to clients. Conduct standard business / technology assessments depending on project scope and client needs. Set engagement objectives and scope, followed by the development of detailed project plans. Support sales of the NTT Data Supply Chain service offerings. Effectively manage client relationships and joint project teams including consultants, contractors, and client team members. Engage and communicate with clients at all levels of the organization during delivery to earn confidence and trust. Review and approve all client deliverables in accordance with the SOW. Support creation of thought‑leadership materials (blogs, public speaking, etc.) that support NTT Data’s brand and positioning. Support the ongoing development of methodologies and new service offerings, including SaaS capabilities that generate recurring revenues where applicable. Mandatory Travel 10–50% mandatory based on project requirements and/or client demand. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or college equivalent in industrial engineering, information systems, supply chain management, science, technology, math, business, economics, or related major. 8+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning and/or inventory management within a consulting or equivalent environment. 3+ years of experience working within Excel and PowerPoint. Preferred Skills Master’s degree or MBA. Experience using AI to aid in supply chain efficiency. Experience in supply chain consulting. Experience in supply chain operations. Experience working on large‑scale supply chain transformation initiatives. Advanced industry certifications from ASCM, IBF, CSCMP or MITx MicroMasters in Supply Chain Management. Experience using advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software such as Blue Yonder, Logility, ToolsGroup, O9, etc. Ideal Mindset Innovative strategic leader, big‑picture thinking, data‑driven decision‑making, cross‑functional collaboration, risk management, mentorship and development, client relationship management, and change management. Benefits Compensation range: $132,098–$244,625 (base salary). Incentive compensation may apply.
