Position

Commercial Cleaning Technician

Pay

$18–$22 per hour (based on experience)

Mileage Reimbursement BonusEmployees are reimbursed for approved mileage traveled between cleaning locations during the workday.

What You’ll Be Cleaning

•    Office buildings

•    Clubhouses

•    Fitness centers

•    Community amenities

•    Restrooms

•    Common areas

•    Commercial facilities

Responsibilities

•    Sweep, vacuum, mop, and dust assigned areas

•    Clean and sanitize restrooms

•    Empty trash and replace liners

•    Clean glass, mirrors, and high-touch surfaces

•    Report maintenance or supply issues

•    Follow cleaning checklists and company standards

•    Take before-and-after photos when required

•    Maintain a professional appearance and attitude

Requirements

✔ Reliable transportation

✔ Valid driver’s license

✔ Smartphone with camera and texting capability

✔ Ability to pass a background check

✔ Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

✔ Dependable, punctual, and professional

✔ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Experience

•    Commercial cleaning

•    Janitorial services

•    Housekeeping

•    Custodial work

•    Property management cleaning

(Experience preferred but not required. We will train the right person.)
