Operating Room Nurse Supervisor

The Operating Room (OR) Nurse Supervisor oversees nursing staff and daily operations within the surgical department to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of operating room nurses and support staff.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, surgical protocols, and safety standards.
• Assist with scheduling staff and managing operating room workflow.
• Monitor patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Provide leadership, training, and performance evaluation for OR nursing staff.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to maintain efficient surgical services.
• Address issues related to staffing, equipment, or patient safety in the operating room
