We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Senior Manager, Payroll position to lead payroll operations for a complex, multi-division organization with approximately 4,000 employees. This role provides leadership and support to a team of payroll professionals across multiple locations, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for salaried, hourly, union, and non-union employees. The Senior Manager, Payroll role will oversee payroll processing, tax compliance, payroll-related reconciliations, and issue resolution while maintaining strong internal controls and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Benefits & Compensation Salary: $130,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year (D.O.E.) In addition, this position will drive process improvements, strengthen operational efficiency, support payroll systems optimization and future system implementations, and develop reporting that enhances decision-making and compliance.
