Senior Corporate Counsel: Real Estate Credit Transactions
CRE Finance Council
Greystar, a leading global real estate platform headquartered in Charleston, seeks an experienced Corporate Counsel to support its credit origination and capital markets teams in structuring, negotiating and closing complex real estate debt transactions.
You will advise origination teams on transaction risk, manage closing processes, coordinate CLOs, and mentor junior attorneys while working with external counsel. This is a full-time, onsite role with competitive pay and robust benefits.
