Screen Print Operator$20-$22/hr. | Full-Time | Evaluation-to-HireExpress Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Screen Print Operator for a growing manufacturing company. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled screen-printing professional looking to join a quality-focused team with long-term career potential.What You'll DoSet up, operate, and troubleshoot screen-printing equipment.Select and prepare inks for production runs.Produce quality products according to specifications and quality standards.Follow clean room and manufacturing procedures.Perform prototype testing and equipment adjustments as needed.Support continuous improvement initiatives.Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.What We're Looking For2+ years of screen-printing experience.Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.Experience with screen meshes, coatings, and ink applications.Ability to read work instructions and technical drawings.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periods.Frequent repetitive hand motions.Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and kneel as needed.Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the law.
