MLee Healthcare is on the lookout for a skilled and devoted Medical Technologist to become an integral part of our team. As a Medical Technologist, you'll be responsible for conducting various laboratory tests and procedures that play a vital role in supporting physicians with patient diagnosis and treatment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in laboratory science, demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, and be committed to delivering accurate and reliable results.

Shift:

• Monday through Friday, 7a-3p
• Evening coverage as needed, 3p-11p
• Alternating weekends

Qualifications:

• Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) from a recognized accrediting agency (e.g., ASCP, AMT).
• Minimum of [insert number] years of experience working as a Medical Technologist in a clinical laboratory setting.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, procedures, and instrumentation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests according to established protocols and procedures.
• Prepare specimens for analysis and ensure proper handling and storage.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration and maintenance.
• Analyze test results and accurately record findings in laboratory information systems.
