Residential HVAC Service Technician
DS Home Services is a growing multi-trade home service company serving the Hudson Valley since 2006. We provide electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and generator services, and we're building a strong, professional HVAC team.
We're looking for a residential HVAC service technician who can run a van independently, diagnose issues, and take care of customers the right way.
This is a full-time, year-round position with strong benefits, steady work, and a supportive team.
Pay: $28$35 per hour + performance commissions (Compensation based on experience and ability to run calls independently.)
What You'll Do
- Run residential service calls in a company-provided van
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems
- Communicate clearly with homeowners
- Recommend repairs or upgrades when appropriate
- Complete work orders using company iPad and software
- Maintain a clean, professional work environment
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years residential HVAC experience
- Ability to run a service van independently
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Professional, respectful communication with customers
- Valid, clean driver's license
- Basic hand tools
