We are proud to be a part of Catholic Charities New Hampshire's continuum of care.We are looking for an experienced, Full Time Nursing Home Administrator to join our management team.Full Time Benefits:Outstanding and affordable healthcare plan options with a Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) to reimburse most of your out of pocket expenses.Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverageAdditional pay if you are enrolled in another employer sponsored healthcare planCritical illness, accident, long-term disability, legal plan and pet insurance availableCompany-paid short-term disability and life insuranceFlexible Spending Account401k Plan, with 3% automatic employer contribution (after 1 year of employment)Job Responsibilities:The Administrator maintains ultimate responsibility for center operations and is expected to be available during off hours and on weekends as necessaryCreate a culture within the center that actively supports the CCNH missionEnsure that ethical business practices are followed at all timesDevelop and implement a QPPI plan in compliance with established CCNH guidelinesMonitor Standards of Care and Quality Indicators and incorporate results into the QAPI processIn conjunction with the Medical Director, ensure that all licensed independent practitioners are credentialed and operate within CCNH, Federal and State policies and regulationsParticipate in analysis and corrective plans related to any quality standards that do not meet established thresholdsDelegate administrative authority, responsibility and accountability to other employees as deemed necessary to perform their assigned dutiesEnsure that resident rights are integrated into all aspects of resident careActively participate in the investigation, reporting and follow-up of all incidentsImplement and monitor recruitment, selection and hiring process to ensure effective staffing of all budgeted positionsEstablish and lead monthly recruitment and retention committee and implement effective programs to retain employeesEnsure that center operates in compliance with State and Federal employment laws, including but not limited to EEO, Child Labor, INS Regulations and Federal Wage and HourOversee coaching, counseling and disciplinary process in compliance with established CCNH standardsActively participate in the termination process and ensure compliance with all CCNH policies and State and Federal lawsMonitor census mix and Medicare/Medicaid acuity mix to meet or exceed budgeted guidelinesDemonstrate ability to control expenses within budgeted guidelines and utilize spend-down sheets for all supply and expense accountsRequirements:Bachelor Degree in health care administration, business administration or related fieldLicensed NHA by the state of New Hampshire or eligible for reciprocityTwo years of experience working as a Nursing Home Administrator or two years of experience in a supervisory capacity in a health care facility and successful completion of an AIT programAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex or national origin, marital or familial status, ageEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
