Our organization is currently seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Practice Physician to join our team in Ligonier, Indiana .

• Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with the possibility of extended hours to enhance patient access.
• Minimum Weekly Hours: 36 hours.
• On-Call Schedule: 1:8 for outpatient calls
  • All calls are managed through nursing staff.

• The team comprises one physician and two advanced practice providers.
• Responsibilities include general family medicine cases, covering pediatrics, adults, geriatrics, chronic disease management, and optional obstetrics.

• 115,000 square-foot facility situated on a 66-acre campus featuring a 3/4 mile health walk and a meditation garden.
• Bed Capacity: 31.
• Offers a comprehensive range of inpatient and outpatient services, including a full-service 24/7 emergency department, surgery center, imaging and laboratory services, sleep lab, cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and various physician clinics.
