Lexington Women's Health, an Axia Women's Health care center, is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Obstetrician/Gynecologist (Ob/Gyn) Associate Physician. This is a superb opportunity for an early-career OB/GYN seeking mentorship and a strong interest in building a surgical career.

About Us:

• Highly desirable on call: CNMs take 1st call!
• Locations in Lexington & Nicholasville, Kentucky
• Provider Team: 6 OB/GYN Physicians, 2 GYN Physicians, 7 Nurse Practitioners, 3 Certified Nurse Midwives, & Growing
• Robotics: "3" Physicians on staff are Robotics Certified
• High-volume, minimally invasive and robotic surgery mentorship available
• Approximately 1,800 deliveries/year
• In-office procedures include: Colposcopy, Hysteroscopy, LEEPs, Endometrial Biopsy, Ablation

Hospital Affiliation: Baptist Health Lexington

• 24-hour MFM, Dedicated Anesthesia, Laborist and Level II NICU

Pay or shift range: $250,000 USD to $315,000 USD The posted salary range is a good-faith estimate of what we expect to pay for this role. However, final offers may fall outside this range based on experience, skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons. This range is for full-time employment and does not include bonuses/incentive compensation or benefits.
