Occupational Therapist Location: Owosso, MI Specialty: Occupational Therapy Position Type: Travel Contract Length: 13 weeks Pay: $2083 - $2509 | Shift: 5x8 Days Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist eager to make a meaningful impact in home health care? Do you have a passion for helping patients regain their independence in the comfort of their own homes? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our healthcare partner in Owosso, MI. This travel position offers a chance to expand your skills and experience while enjoying the flexibility and rewards of a travel assignment. As an Occupational Therapist in this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in a home health setting. You will work closely with patients to assess their needs and develop personalized treatment plans to help them achieve their goals.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' daily living skills and independence
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated patient care
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Travel to patients' homes within a 35-50 mile radius from the main office
- Maintain a clean driving record and provide proof of auto insurance
- Need 2 years experience in setting
- 2+ years of current home health experience required
- OASIS experience required
- Active American Heart Association BLS certification required
- Active Michigan OT license required
