Responsibilities
Meet with community members to discuss their financial security and protection needs.
Create customized insurance strategies that grow alongside our clients' changing lives.
Represent our local agency at neighborhood events to build meaningful connections.
Review existing policies with clients to ensure they have the right coverage for their current situation.
Follow up with prospective clients through calls and emails in a helpful, consistent manner.
Collaborate with our office team to ensure every client feels supported and understood.
Requirements
Active Property Casualty and Life Health insurance licenses in the state of Tennessee.
Three or more years of professional sales experience with a focus on building client relationships.
Excellent ability to explain complex policy details in plain, simple language.
Strong organizational habits and comfort with digital office software.
Residency in or near Spring Hill, Tennessee to maintain a local presence.
Background in lead generation and nurturing potential client leads.
