What You Will Do

Assist with the installation of residential HVAC equipment
Work side-by-side with experienced installers and technicians
Pre-stage tools, parts, and materials for job-site readiness
Help measure, prepare, and execute installations efficiently
Operate hand and power tools, requiring dexterity and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ensure installations meet company standards, safety requirements, and manufacturer specifications

Who You Are

2+ years of residential HVAC install experience preferred
Motivated to learn, grow, and advance within the HVAC trade
Reliable, team-oriented, and detail-focused
Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test, subject to applicable law
