R&D Technician Opportunity

Actively screening for multiple R&D Technicians to join client in Alpharetta, GA!

Job Description

This position will work closely with the lab team to ensure testing of new products is completed correctly and in a timely manner. This position requires multiple test methods to do stability shelf-life testing on a new product.

Job Position Accountabilities / Expectations

• Perform product testing as described in the test methods
• Comply with GLP, GDP, and GMP after training
• Participate as a team member in testing
• Work closely with lab engineers, other technicians, and lab coordinator with some supervision
• Perform other duties as assigned

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• BS in Scientific discipline - ideally Chemistry
• 0-3 years experience performing testing and/or inspection in a laboratory setting or manufacturing environment
• Experience using laboratory equipment
• Experience with tensile testing is preferred, but not required.
• Previous experience with data entry in a laboratory information management system (LIMS) a plus.
• Average verbal and written communications skills, asks questions when uncertain.
• Ability to work independently once trained.

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Alpharetta, GA.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
