Gardens of Belden Village is now  Belden Village Nursing and Rehabilitation , a 99-bed facility providing long-term care, skilled rehabilitation, intensive outpatient care, and memory care.

QUALIFICATIONS OF AN STNA:

• Must have an active Certification as a STNA
• Experience preferred, not required
