In partnership with the Rehabilitation Hospital, our organization is an accredited recognized leader in home health. We deliver industry-leading therapy and nursing expertise and services that exceed national benchmarks throughout the West Michigan service area.

This position supports patients in Benton Harbor and surrounding areas and is eligible for a $10,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year!

We are looking for compassionate physical therapists with:
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college required
- Licensed Physical Therapist issued by the state in which you will be working.
- Minimum of one year healthcare experience
- Current driver's license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
- A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
- The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule
- Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software

Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher

Home Health Care (1+ years)

Electronic Medical Record (EMR) (1+ years)

Valid Physical Therapist in the state of Michigan (MI)

Valid Regular Driver License (DL)

At least 20% of your day will be spent driving to/from patient locations. Are you comfortable with this amount of road travel? (yes)

Have you worked for or applied to Mary Free bed anytime in the last 6 months? (no)
