We are looking for an ambitious In House Recruiter for our Boutique Recruiting Agency in Aventura, Florida to source, screen and identify qualified candidates for our clients in the Medical, Legal and Financial fields. This is a full‑time, hybrid position, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in Customer Service and Sales roles 1+ years experience as a Healthcare Recruiter is required Coachable with the desire to learn and deliver excellence Authorized to work in the US Responsibilities: Source and identify top talent with the various platforms and partnerships provided by management. Prescreen all candidates before submitting a formal introduction to the client. Develop and maintain strong candidate and client relationships to ensure positions are filled efficiently and effectively. #J-18808-Ljbffr
