Customer Service Representative (Csr)
You don't know me but I know you.
You're not the type to sit around waiting for the day to end.

We're looking for someone who can handle high call volume, stay sharp under pressure, and consistently turn conversations into booked appointments.
This is not a "figure it out yourself" role. You'll follow a proven system, get real coaching, and know exactly how you're performing every day.
What you'll do:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls
- Identify customer needs
- Set qualified appointments with decision-makers
- Track activity and follow a structured process
This is for you if you:
- Are coachable and competitive
- Don't get discouraged by rejection
- Want clear expectations and measurable results
Our agents earn an average of $24-$26 per hour, with top performers routinely earning above $30/hr+, and we love weekly Spiffs/Contests to further enhance earning potential!
